Processes with repeatable triggers, clear data, frequent handoffs, manual reconciliation, predictable decisions, or repetitive reporting are often strong candidates once ownership and exceptions are understood.

What if our process is not standardized yet?

That is often the first part of the engagement. I document the current process and help define the future-state workflow before choosing which pieces should be automated.

Do you replace existing tools?

Only when the current tool is genuinely the constraint. Often the better solution is improving how existing systems connect, standardizing the data, and adding a small custom layer where necessary.
